Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they enter preparation. After preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full or partial refund after review.
Refund method
Refunds for prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders that were paid are refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

Custom cakes are made to your specification. Changes after quotation acceptance may affect price and timing.
