How far in advance should I order?

Each cake shows its preparation time. Most cakes need 24 hours, themed cakes 48 hours and wedding cakes at least 3 days. The checkout only offers dates we can genuinely meet.

Can I order for the same day?

Some cupcakes and ready cakes can be delivered the same or next day if ordered before the daily cutoff. Available dates are shown on each product page.

Can I add a message on my cake?

Yes. Add a short message on any cake page; the character limit is shown next to the field.

Do you make fully custom designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the custom cake form to share your theme, colours and reference images. We will reply with a quotation; your order is only confirmed after you accept it.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Saidpur and to Nilphamari Sadar. The full list, delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Yes, choose a delivery window at checkout. Fully booked windows are not shown.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery is available now. bKash and Nagad appear at checkout only once the bakery has activated them.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You can request a cancellation from your account while the order has not yet entered preparation. Once baking starts we may not be able to cancel.

Do your cakes contain allergens?

Accepted Answer

Most cakes contain milk, wheat and eggs, and our kitchen handles nuts. Each product lists its allergens. Eggless options are shown only where available.

How should I store my cake?

Accepted Answer

Keep cream and mousse cakes refrigerated and let them rest 15–20 minutes before serving. Each product page includes storage instructions.

What if my cake arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will review it and offer a replacement or refund according to our refund policy.
